TownePlace Suites by Marriott Framingham

Breakfast was very good. It was fresh and the staff was very attentive to its quality of the food and the cleanliness of the breakfast room. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and the location was perfect. Just a additional shout out to your front desk manager , Praise, - she was awesome. She knew we were there to spend time with our parents in Assisted Living. When we came back each night, she asked how things went. She knew we were dealing with a sad and difficult holiday, her empathy was very appreciated.

The staff were incredible and I absolutely LOVED the amenities that were offered. Everything was clean, everything was accessible, and all the staff were kind!!

Large hotel. We used all of the conference rooms and the grand ballroom. Clean and lovely.

The service was awesome. Staff was lovely
